I absolutely agree, 'we' need to get on this soon. Obviously the first thing to 
do is to agree a date and venue - hopefully UoC will have us back as I think 
the two lecture theaters worked well.

Once date/time is decided (does this actually need discussion?) the website 
should be given a bit of a make-over to get things rolling.

I have a few suggestions for subjects and speakers already...
