I believe that one thing we need to do different this year is to involve 
the other local user groups (CUUG, Oracle, MAC's, etc.) NOW.  Or as 
early as possible.  Let's give them the opportunity to canvas their 
membership for volunteers and/or presenters.  I think this would make it 
MUCH easier to fill in slots than it was last year.

Of course, CLUG's members would be free to volunteer as well.. :) 
(don't want to rely FULLY on the other groups.)
