Thanks Gustin - that page highlighted a problem - ns17.zoneedite.com is 
spelled wrong (for second name server).  Should be ns17.zoneedit.com 
(minus one E).

I learned how to use nslookup for connecting to specific servers, one 
day I'll look at this "dig" thing... :)  (or so I've been telling myself 
for the past 2 years...)

So, we'll fix that one issue, but seeing as it is the secondary server, 
the primary should still be good, and should have responded to Shaw's 
update attempts.  I think Shaw is still the root problem, but yes I have 
some other work to do...
