Please ask your group to arrive at the location 10 minutes ahead of your 5:30pm timeslot, and we would ask that you bring all food and cash donations along with you to the location. There is a release form for each child that needs to be signed by the parent. I can email one to you if you are planning to bring kids. Please email me off-list if you plan to participate (just want to get a feeling for numbers). Bring something for the food bank, do something good for the community, spread the word about Clug and be on television. Need a lift - we might be able to arrange that as well.
