Hi All, I ordered a box from Sub500 (or sub 300..whatever) a week ago. They charged my credit card right away, but that's the last thing I've heard from them. I don't consider a week too long to wait for delivery on a box from Toronto, but I am looking for some sort of contact that tells me my order is in progress, or on it's way, or not coming for three weeks, or whatever.
I'm starting to get worried because in the last 30 hours or so I have left 5 voicemail messages, three emails, and even a couple of AIM messages. There's been no response anywhere from anyone. Although I've heard the Sub300/500 name bandied about a lot, after a week of dead silence from them I'm starting to think I've been scammed. Anyone deal with these guys before? Better yet, anyone have any contact info for them that's not on their website? I've done the requisite Googling and haven't found any contact info outside of what they already post. Thanks!
