Ignore the stuff that is Eclipse specific.  But it does tell you how to 
get Java setup correctly.

Just keep in mind that link is for Ubuntu, but it's close enough to 
Debian that it likely won't matter much.

As for the install, you might need to tell apt about some other 
repositories (via /etc/apt/sources.lst)
