Crap...I've been looking for something like this for a while (minus the POS 
stuff). My biggest problem with GNUCash is they neglected the DB engines and 
multi-user support.

I'm gonna try it...I hope it does what I need :) being written in QT helps 
too. I keep trying to make GTK look nice but so far no luck.
