LOL.. I don't hate the answer "shaping", but it's been your
solution/hammer for a lot of things lately.. hehehe

Outgoing torrents are restricted to 10Kbps, while incoming is normally
unlimited but I've set a download limit now and am using a queue.  I'm
still seeing odd behaviors though.  I'll do some more traffic analysis
though...

On the otherhand, I'm in the process right now of installing my "new"
IPCop box.  Maybe I'll see something going on there... hmmm.. I wonder
if the torrent traffic is just too much for my poor old 166 firewall..
:)  (And before anyone asks, the torrents are mostly distros, or audio
books.. :)
