LOL.. I don't hate the answer "shaping", but it's been your solution/hammer for a lot of things lately.. hehehe
Outgoing torrents are restricted to 10Kbps, while incoming is normally unlimited but I've set a download limit now and am using a queue. I'm still seeing odd behaviors though. I'll do some more traffic analysis though... On the otherhand, I'm in the process right now of installing my "new" IPCop box. Maybe I'll see something going on there... hmmm..
