Business as usual for MS.  They purchased a license from SCO, and that 
license is still valid.  All that changes here is that SCO had an 
obligation to pass the funds collected on to Novell (then get a small 
percentage back).

The case is NOT over though.  This decision puts a serious dent in SCO's 
claims and turfs a few of them.  But there are other claims that were 
not dependent on who owned the copyright.

Same for IBM vs SCO.  All the copyright infringement claims are out the 
window.  But the breech of contract claims are still on the table.

So while this is a VERY big decision in the cases, we're not done yet. 
I suspect SCO will appeal this, and delay delay delay - as seems to be 
their modus operendi...
