Hello all, I have Suse 10.2 installed as one of my boot up options, and I have found a kde application called Kalzium at software.opensuse.org and want to download it and install it. I downloaded it and could not figure out how to install it using Yast. So I joined a Suse forum to find out who else wanted to install an application known to exist to a Suse 10.2 system using Yast. I could not figure out what the direct reply was and would like to search the forum for leads. I mentioned to them that the application was kalzium and that it is available at the url I just mentioned.
If I knew some good google and wiki and other search terms I might be able to find out how to install kalzium, a chemistry tutoring program into Suse. I have installed kalzium into Xubuntu and it works there, but there are some things I do not like about Xubuntu security, and that is why I wanted to install it in Suse 10.2. I also have Zenwalk 4.6.1 and would be glad to install it there if I could. The trick is finding a suitable mirror for kalzium and other kde applications. It might be exciting to have kalzium available to run using any of the three distributions. Help appreciated in advance, Michael _______________________________________________ clug-talk mailing list [email protected] http://clug.ca/mailman/listinfo/clug-talk_clug.ca Mailing List Guidelines (http://clug.ca/ml_guidelines.php) **Please remove these lines when replying
