I'm not sure what you mean by rpm.yst. RPM files should open in yast by default if you were to click on it in Konqueror. Otherwise, you can do it as root from the command line: rpm -ivh *rpm It may give you errors because dependencies are not met. In that case, you should be able to setup repositories in yast so that it can find the missing dependencies when you are installing it using yast. Otherwise, rpmfind.net is your friend.
