That's not quite true Neil.  While your statement is mostly correct, 
there are situations where a registered person's mail my get queued for 
moderation.

- Sending to multiple addressees (the list being one of them) can 
trigger this.
- Sending an attachment larger than the allowed size (last time I saw 
the config screens it was set to 10 or 40 K) will also trigger moderation.

And I think there are a couple other remote situations that can trigger 
this.  But these things are configurable for the most part...

I know about the multi-addressee thing cuz I normally send the messages 
about PROGSIG to the clug-talk and clug-progsig lists with one message. 
  Only one of the shows up, and I have to resend to the other manually. :)

I don't know about the spam though.  Someone mentioned Shaw got RBL'd again?
