You may want to address it to Industry Canada as well, as per my heated 
discussion with Jim Prentice's secretary.

I did sort of hint that I wonder how much of a kickback the government 
is getting from the recording industry or the American government for 
adopting their rules.  They didn't seem to like that very much and asked 
me if I was accusing the MP of taking a bribe.  LOL!
