Hi Sig, It all comes down to the competence of the admins, users and management. I provide consulting services and remote admin support for a number of organizations. My observations have led me to conclude that no amount of bodies would suffice in many shops as they are managed and staffed so poorly. Talented people are really in short supply these days making the situation even worse. ;-)
