Yes it is a bit flakey when the accounts are being setup but not a problem for 
day to day operation.

This engineer's Dad was an accountant, so I grew up with the stuff... in
Belgium.

Thx for the help, I've got it somewhat working.

Do you use GnuCash? I've the latest version and I've the impression that
it is a bit flacky, especially the user interface.
It 'died' on me twice (hard crash like Wall St. yesterday ;-)
