If you want a simpler video editor you could try Kino: http://www.kinodv.org
Which claims to do Blue or Green Chroma keying..... You can also try getting Cinellera direct from the sourceforge page: http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=13554&package_id=50184 There is a '.tar.bz' for Ubuntu 386 and AMD64 there. I have used Cinelerra a while ago (maybe 5 years or so) and the interface takes a little getting used to, especially the 'projector' and 'viewer' concepts. It is hugely complicated, but can do almost job if you push the right buttons. There is a manual for it here: http://cinelerra.org/docs/cinelerra_cv_manual_en.html Good luck, Simon. PS. Your etiquette is perfect, we like answering questions ;-) _______________________________________________ clug-talk mailing list [email protected] http://clug.ca/mailman/listinfo/clug-talk_clug.ca Mailing List Guidelines (http://clug.ca/ml_guidelines.php) **Please remove these lines when replying
