I'd like to attach a serial device which outputs ASCII text at 9600 baud so that the text is feed into X11 as if it were typed on the (real) keyboard.
I found 'inputattach' but none of it's modes seem to be appropriate. I could patch it to have a '--dumb9600' mode, but are there any other suggestions before I go hacking?
