I also used easypeasy in the past, although at the time it was known
as Ubuntu Eee.

There are pretty good install instructions here:
http://www.ubuntu-eee.com/wiki/index.php5?title=Get_Easy_Peasy but
you'll need to get ahold of a flash drive if you don't already have
one.
You could use the same install process to install the Ubuntu 9.04
Netbook Remix distro when it comes out later this month.
I would recommend using Ubuntu over Xandros, especially if you don't
have much experience with linux.

Tell you what, I'll give the 9.04 beta a go on my EeePC tonight (I've
been planning to do this anyway) and I'll let you know how she is.
