I am pretty sure that once we figure out the best way for us to interact with computers, that is when things will really begin to get interesting.

You and I can handle that sort of ambiguous phrase, and while computers today still struggle there are some pretty impressive systems in place right now (when I call Rogers for example). I expect the next 10 years to get even better in this space. Part of what helps us humans are facial expressions and body language.
