Using Kubuntu 9.04
This the video card on my computer:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia
Corporation NV6 [Vanta/Vanta LT] (rev 15)
This is the information from Nvidia for my video card:
The 1.0-71xx driver supports the following set
of GPUs:
Vanta/Vanta LT 0x002C
I don't think that the driver is working. I get this info:
j...@kubutu:~$ glxinfo
name of display: :0.0
Xlib: extension "GLX" missing on display ":0.0".

I go to system > hardware drivers and it tells me there are no
proprietary drivers installed on my system.
I ran:
j...@kubutu:~$ sudo nvidia-xconfig
sudo: nvidia-xconfig: command not found
I don't see any other place on Kubuntu to configure the driver. I know it
is installed.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
Thanks
