Could you suggest a video card. I'm looking for something that is quiet,
preferably. Also I plan to get an LCD monitor. What would I need to
consider for that?
I use the computer for work applications, audio, and I watch video,
but don't play games, so I don't think 3D would be a big
concern.

Also if an onboard video is good, I might look at getting a barebones
computer to use, that was inexpensive.

Could these problems be caused by things like a faulty mouse or
keyboard?
