No one can beat Shaw for performance. I also have a Rogers portable
(not a rocket stick but a WiMax service) for when I am out and about.
The Rogers portable is 2mbit down and 256 kbit up. Pretty painful
considering that I actually get the advertised 15 Mbit down 1mbit up at
home with Shaw.

I have not actually used a DSL service that I was happy with since
Cadvision was bought by Telus. You never get anywhere close to the
7mbit advertised speeds.

I am not really happy with any provider. I have been using Rogers (same
frequency as AT&T so you can get your phone unlocked and then use a
Rogers SIM) for 10 years. I am not happy with any data plans. I have a
few clients on Bell and they seem to suck the least. I have high hopes
for Wind but I will not be holding my breath.
