Not yet.... tend to be nervous of free O/S of the windows variety ..etc on
the net but might end up trying that... VB says it is supposed to run Win2K
tho I am wondering if it is my install CD which is Serv Pack 1.

I may get ambitious enuff to do a fresh install of win2k on a PC and create
an image of the drive and import that to VB.

I have also tried doing an install with Fedora 10 as the host O/S with the
same results.... crashes and restarts the install process from the beginning
as it is completing the installation process..... so I suspect that it is
VBox related as the host O/S does not change the outcome.

I downloaded a copy of Ubuntu-9-10.vdi and it works fine in Vbox as did an
an original installation of NT4 (ya.... I know) also tried win95/98 but VBox
won't recognize the CD media as bootable.... the win2k and win95/98 CD's all
have installed correctly on a PC past with no problems.

Thanx
Gary

Have you tried a pre-built image of 2K yet? There are pre-built images
on the web....... somewhere.
