I found a few links/ideas that might help or at least lead you in the right direction:
* http://ostatic.com/blog/four-open-source-apps-to-make-itunes-better
* Songbird is often touted as an iTunes killer
* There is a similar project to SOngbird called aTunes
* Banshee looks interesting: http://www.osalt.com/banshee

I personally hate iTunes & most things applish so I tend to avoid things that employ it & similar proprietary schemes & I let people know that.

Using Debian Lenny.

I want to listen to some messages on a website:
http://thegospelcoalition.org/resources/a/Introduction-to-the-Christ-Centered-Model-and-an-Introduction-to-the-Christ//

but they are Itunes. How would I listen to these on Debian?
I tried to play them and it didn't work: gxine opened, but failed to
start; I right clicked on the listen button, but didn't get any other
options.

  Thanks
