Further reading tells me that SLI will bolster frame rate, but will not output to more that 2 monitors (presumably using TwinView). A third (or more) monitor need to be connected to another/different type GFX. This wouldn't work for me as I want the whole area (3 monitors) to be a single OpenGL viewport. > You need to see "eyefinity" on > the box or product description page if you need triple monitor support. Looks like the cheap end of this is around the $120 mark, not too bad. Does the Linux ATI driver support spanning a large display across 3 monitors with eyefinity? And if so, can you do fancy positioning/rotation of the monitors to get rid of bezel overlap??
