Hi All,

I have been thinking about a home project that you guys can help me with: I
am thinking about setting up a wired LAN at home to stream HD video, music,
etc. to several large screen displays in the house (these displays will each
have a mini media PC attached to the HDMI port). The twist here is that I
want to connect to these media PCs a using gigabit Ethernet optical fiber
(1000BASE-X)...
For the Tablets, iPads, Smartphones, and any other wireless devices I will
continue to use 802.11n...
Any Takers? Any info, suggestions, ideas...and even insults are welcome :-)
