Seasons greetings and a happy new year. I spent a reflective time home with the flu the last few days, and that gave me extra time to reflect on 2011 and CLUG.
Over the years I have been impressed the the active list that had a bit of passion throughout. Looking at the list in 2011 I noticed points on how it was working. 1/ The list seems to have settled on an informal format with CLUG-talk, including every kind of topic from technical to personal. 2/ Different opinions show up with often lively discussions. 3/ Most important: The motivation seems to me to always be of genuine help to the list members. 4/ A certain respect for the other opinions make for a healthier list. Looking back on 2011, I say great going! I am looking forward to a great year in 2012.
