Months after starting a case for service under warranty of a HP 620 laptop with bad motherboard and touchpad, it has been returned unrepaired (they said it was too late and asked more than the value), and cannot display more than what appears to be 8-bit colour. There appears to be no way to correct the issue in the BIOS settings.
