No big help but remember that guy in Iraq that HP support wanted him to pay them money to tell him how to fix his HP printer so he shot it up real good and posted on youtube?
Didn't fix anything but made him feel better. If you *started* this windmill tilt while still under warranty, some sites beyond Better Business bureau to make them look bad?
