It is true. When upgrading, first make a backup. That aside, I've been running Nightly for several months now and it is AWESOME. The speed and stability gains (yes, stability, even for a Nightly) are amazing. Runs like water on silk and starts wicked fast EVERY TIME (and I usually have a minimum of 60-80 tabs open).
And the addon developers that have made the switch are doing a FANTASTIC job so far. The two that spring to mind are Tree Tabs and Print Edit WE. Great work I say to them!
