The deprecated list in the new clutter release has me thinking I may want
to rethink my ui definitions. How big a hassle would it be to update my
clutter environment to 1.9.4? F16 made getting my clutter environment setup
nice and easy but when I tried to install Clutter 1.9.4 from source I
immediately ran into a problem with a library not having a late enough
version in F16. Of course the library is not available as an update through
Yum for that version as of yet. I'm afraid I'll be stuck installing a ton
of software from source to get things working. I have Rawhide installed on
another machine which I was hoping would ease the process but it is more
trouble than its worth at this point. Is anyone considering changing their
code due to the deprecated list? Do you think I will be able to get away
with just a few installs from source or am I opening up a huge can of worms?

thnx

Brian
