I'm currently using Fedora 16. You should not be using bootstrap on such a recent system. My suggestion is to start from scratch, but first run: jhbuild sysdeps --install this should give you a head start on most dependencies. I've also updated the moduleset in git, as it had some stale modules and repositories.
