I used lspci command to find the graphics card .

What do I need to install  to get shader support fo the above graphics card.Are 
there any extra ATI Radeon drivers needed ?
With this fix will I be able to run any Shader based program

In that case we are not able to answer your question (it all comes down
to the capabilities of your HW and drivers).

ARM is such a broad term, I am afraid the above answer applies here as well.
