[clutter] Bindings status

Hi all,
I have a simple question: what is the status of the bindings? Which
are the ones actively developed? How many people are working on them?
Are they reliable?
For example you say on the "About" page that C++ bindings are
available still the only way to get them is by svn access: doesn't
look like something to build things on.
