Hello, The cylinder effect in the iPhone is fake 3D (2D-list made to look 3D). You could achieve that by placing a alpha channel gradient texture (actor) on top of your list so that your actor (behind) fades out to background color towards the upper and lower edge of your list. If you have a textured background, you could take a screenshot what is behind your list, make a alpha channel gradient into it and place that on top of the list actor.
If you want perspective, then it might get more complicated since the perspective in clutter is weird and non-editable.
