Yes, this is what I was going to suggest too. All cmake files inside CMake's 
own Modules should have implicit latest policy. Although I'd recommend to have 
some (maybe hidden option) to override this implicit policy to some other 
value, so we can really check if existing modules don't raise any warnings.
