If you compile CMake from CVS, there is an option to compile the
QtGUI. Look for it in the ccmake. It is not compiled by default
(AFAIK).

CMakeSetup(MFC) and on unix you can use the curses based ccmake.
Maybe I'm wrong but I'd say he meant a GUI more like CMakeBuilder:
