I am using a subtree merge with git. I *think* I have it pegged at the
latest release (Version1.10.0) but could pull in updates if it gets
patched. I am also using file(DOWNLOAD as a last resort incase something is
wrong with the git setup, if UseLATEX is missing at CMake time.
