Yes.
- Add/Edit foo to some other value

- Question: Was foo overwritten with "123"?
Yes. Repeatedly (i.e. if I configure, then change it, it still gets
overwritten). And I'm going to have to call that a bug; it's hard to
imagine how it is desired behavior.
