Per CHSRA- Quality Indicators for Implementation, Appendix A-8
it states:
#8 Prevalence of Bladder or bowel incontinence
-On Most recent assessment triggers (h1b=3or 4) or Bowel incontinence (H1a=3 or 4)
Exluded Residents are- Comatose (B1=1) or indwelling catheters (H3d is checked) or have an ostomy ( H3i is checked ) at most recent assessment
High risk- Severe cognitive impairment (see glossary for definition) or Totally ADL dependent in mobility ADLs (G1a, b,e-Box A self -performance =4 in all areas for self performance
Low risk- All others at Most recent assessment
