What do you mean by 672? I assume RA refers to
Restorative Aide. I don't understand the question.

This will be the 3rd time posting this questions with no response, Maybe
3 times is a charm, so here I go again...
Does anyone know if there is a place to code manually for 672-
Restortive services?
Under Skilled nursing services?
Part of the Definition under the General instructions for 672
states that Maitenance programs have to be developed by a Therapist
but what about follow up RA programs after they discharge and teach RA
personell. Would this still count under Skilled nursing services?
Right now RN follows up q month to assess how residents in RA are
progressing, DC orders accordingly or continue.
