Is there a requirement that there should be a Medicare note
on every resident covered? Dietary, Recreation, Rehab and Social Work does
their notes for initial, 14 day, 30 day, 60 day and 90 day schedule.
What is Nursing's responsibility with regards to nurses note? Thank you.
