Jen, There is not a place to enter Restorative nursing on the 672 or 802. They are only looking for skilled rehab.

Skilled Rehab?- These reports are given to surveyors upon entry. They have to be up to date to the current date on all residents. There fore I plug information in daily to maintain current information on our 672/802 form.
