I do have this book in my office but am out in facilities this week. When I get back I will send the information if no one else responds. The book was written maybe 4 or 5 years ago (guessing). It does give you stimulating ideas but is like any other Care Plan book - cannot really give you the care plan for any given resident. ----- Original Message ----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Tuesday, November 04, 2003 4:50 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: care planning book Hello all: One of our sister facilities has asked me about a care planning book called "OBRA-IZE (or possibly OBRA-SIZE) YOUR CARE PLANS". I haven't heard of this book and I'm hoping some of you out there might have come across it. I have tried all the avenues that I know of and can't find anything. Many thanks for your help. It's comforting to know there is a large support group out there.
