Hello all: One of our sister facilities has asked me
about a care planning
book called "OBRA-IZE (or possibly OBRA-SIZE) YOUR
CARE PLANS". I haven't
heard of this book and I'm hoping some of you out
there might have come
across it. I have tried all the avenues that I
know of and can't find
anything.
