Rena - thanks for your info on the RAI index. As I was downloading them, I noticed this manual also, can you tell me exactly what this is, it the same as the state operations manual? thanks. Kathy

The best way I've found to get around in the manual is to download the PDF version and use the PDF search function using key words. You do need to know the general contents of each chapter, so you can determine which chapter to search, since you can search only one chapter at a time.
To use the search function, click on the binoculars icon at the top of the screen, left of center. It will open a window in which you can type the key word, and then click "find." To continue to search for the key word, click "find again" as often as you need to until you find what you're looking for. It doesn't take too long before you get pretty good at selecting specific key words that take you where you want to go.
