I haven't seen my question (I sent out yesterday) on the listserv or any response to
it, so here it is again. Just asking for reassurance. This is the case: 30 day MDS
w/ARD 11/12, OMRA due 11/8-11/10, probably a significant change in status also
(medical decline which started 10/31). I can use ARD of 11/8, 11/9, or 11/10 and
capture all three. I would code AA8a = 3 and AA8b = 8. Is this correct or am I
missing something? Thanks for your input.
