She will drop off of the report after 6 months.  That is one of the reasons why the PA Resident Data Manual recommends not sending a discharge tracking form in the same batch as an assessment.  Even with the correct sequence , she would have been on the QI report, just under the discharged section.

I accidentally, of course, submitted a significant change MDS, out of sequence, to Meyers and Stauffer after the discharge. This placed the resident back in the states data bank. Now how do I remove this resident from the active list on the QI report as she keeps coming up since July?
