She will drop off of the report after 6 months.  That is one of the reasons why the PA Resident Data Manual recommends not sending a discharge tracking form in the same batch as an assessment.  Even with the correct sequence , she would have been on the QI report, just under the discharged section. ----- Original Message ----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, November 06, 2003 2:44 PM Subject: any solution to remove in PA an inactive resident from QI list I accidentally, of course, submitted a significant change MDS, out of sequence, to Meyers and Stauffer after the discharge.
