We have a resident who rarely will answer questions or talk- she will usually look at staff & smile only.... but, during the ref. period she did answer questions such as "how do you feel" (stated, "I feel fine."), where is your husband (her roommate- she stated "He is not in here right now."). Her husband states she will tell him if she feels "good" or "bad". Basically, when she does talk, she is able to make herself understood. How would you code this? |
