My suggestion to lessen confusion: With the next RAI update the word "only" on page 2-31 be deleted? I agree 100%.
I have had to do Significant changes and OMRA's more than I care to admit to get a patient back into a rehab RUG Level. I have had DVT's "appear" with the patient on bedrest for 2 weeks and then resume therapy. An OMRA was needed due to no therapy greater than 10 days followed by another OMRA due to increase in level of function and resume of therapy.
